How do I choose the correct size for my cosplay?
Since our costumes are tailored to specific character designs, sizing can vary. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself in centimeters and comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements to the chart before ordering.
What is the difference between R, SR, and SSR quality grades?
We categorize our costumes by detail level: R (Standard) offers great value for casual events, SR (Super Rare) features higher quality fabrics and better construction, and SSR (Special Super Rare) includes premium embroidery, intricate props, and top-tier screen-accurate materials.
How long does shipping take for pre-order items?
Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates listed in the product description. Once the production phase is complete, standard shipping usually takes 10-20 business days, while express shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my costume if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns for standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate items like wigs or socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our cosplay gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your parcel.
What should I do if my costume arrives with missing accessories?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If any props or accessories are missing, contact our support team within 7 days with your order number and photos of the package contents so we can ship the missing pieces to you.
