At DokiDokiCosplay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your transformation; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the help portal with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the cosplay, including all accessories and wigs, and ship the package using a trackable mail service to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
